If you have a GPU at the level of a 980 or higher, the PC port shouldn't have major issues. The game is one of the most graphic-demanding games ever developed, and some of it is genuinely due to bad coding. Someone with a low end GPU who bought the game, while fully aware that they'll be playing it sub optimally shouldn't complain about the graphics. The last time I checked, a GTX 980 is a high end GPU. Most review sites like this one all mention that PCs with mid- to high-end GPUs will run better than a PS4 will. The Steam page recommends a GeForce GTX 980 for this game. Just because someone else didn't have the same luck as you, they had to have done something wrong?
